At naivetu, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a swift exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your naivetu account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
